- The role is situated in a 24-bed Progressive Care Unit, focusing on patients with respiratory, pulmonary, renal, and post-surgical conditions.
- The nurse will be responsible for documenting patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.
- The position requires the formulation of individualized care plans based on patient assessments and collaboration with healthcare team members.
- The nurse will also participate in discharge planning and ensure that care goals are realistic and measurable.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing, particularly in progressive care or critical care settings.
- A background in telemetry, ICU, home health, skilled nursing, or medical/surgical nursing is preferred.

- The candidate should be able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including rotating weekends and holidays, is necessary.
