- The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and hold an active RN licensure in the state of practice.
- A minimum of five years of clinical experience in high patient acuity areas such as emergency, ICU, trauma, or EMS is essential for success in this role.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and the public.
- Proficiency in PC and computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, is required.
- Experience in trauma nursing or working within a hospital-based trauma program is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
