As a Level 1 Trauma Center, Banner Thunderbird Medical Center offers a fast paced, team work oriented environment. We use the latest Robotic technology and with 4 Robotic operating rooms, we have become the busiest robotic program in the state. Our Main Operating Rooms boasts of 15 OR suites that care for level one trauma patients and provides care for patients ranging from pediatric to geriatrics with a variety of procedures being performed.

As an OR RN you will be part of a team with supportive leadership and a collaborative team of staff and doctors. You will have opportunities to learn and grow your nursing skills within our Level 1 Trauma environment. In addition, if you are interested in leadership opportunities you will have the chance to develop your leadership skills for promotion at Banner Thunderbird or within Banner Health.

Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential.
