✨ About The Role

- This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in the operating room.
	- The work schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:30 am to 7 pm, with holiday requirements.
	- The role includes formulating a plan of care based on patient-specific needs and collaborating with the healthcare team.
	- The candidate will be responsible for direct patient care and supervising the activities of the healthcare team.
	- There is no call required for this position, and weekend shifts are compensated with a 30% shift premium.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Operating Room RN, particularly as an OR circulator.
	- A strong passion for healthcare and a commitment to providing excellent patient care is essential.
	- The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment, demonstrating strong critical thinking skills.
	- Excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and to interact with patients and their families.
