✨ About The Role
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for patients in the Surgery department
- Utilize specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to provide care appropriate to patients' needs
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and revise patient care plans
- Provide direct patient care based on physician orders and nursing plan of care
- Document assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record

- Experienced Operating Room RN with a background in neuro and general surgery
- Ability to work Monday to Friday with call requirements
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff, physicians, patients, and families
- Detail-oriented with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice required
