Our 54 bed Observation Unit has a fast-paced environment offering a vast patient population and mix of patient diagnoses. Observation is an outpatient designation designed for continued testing and treatment to determine admission and discharge needs. We service patient populations including but not limited to:

• PCU services: (Cardiac Drips, CHF, Stokes, post cath care, remote telemetry and more)
• Medical Surgical services including all medical diagnoses and pre/post-surgical care

The Observation unit offers an excellent collaborative teamwork environment and opportunities for career advancement. You will also have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential.

We currently have Full Time Day shift available (7am-7:30pm). 3/12 hours shifts per week. We offer excellent compensation and benefits, PTO, relocation package, development assistance, wellness program, and continuing education scholarships.
