- The position involves working in a Level IV NICU, caring for critically ill and premature infants.
- Nurses will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with professional standards.
- The role includes formulating care plans that consider the unique needs of each patient and their families.
- Nurses will work three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- The position offers an 18% night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential.
