- This position is part of the New Graduate RN Residency Program, which provides comprehensive training and mentorship to transition new graduates into competent professional nurses. - The role involves working in specific units at Banner Health facilities, where new nurses will be clinically mentored by experienced staff and educators. - New graduates will participate in various program activities, including clinical experiences, training in a state-of-the-art simulation center, and hands-on patient care skills labs. - The expectation is for new nurses to remain in their assigned unit for at least 12 months to gain a full training experience. - The job requires working three 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holiday rotations.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program, demonstrating a commitment to patient care and professional development. - A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, although an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations. - Candidates should possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be able to obtain it before their start date. - Successful applicants will have no more than 12 months of RN experience, making this position suitable for new graduates. - Previous healthcare experience is preferred, indicating a familiarity with clinical environments and patient interactions.
