This program provides a collaborative learning environment in which you can refine your nursing skills, enhance your knowledge, and develop new personal and professional relationships.
Successful candidates will be placed in specific units at Banner Health facilities to be clinically mentored by unit staff and educators. Whether you are wanting to go into a specialty unit, leadership roles, non-bedside nursing opportunities, or any other sector of nursing - we will help you get there! The expectation is that you will stay on your NNE unit for at least 12 months to get a full and comprehensive training experience! New Grads will also need to live within a reasonable commute distance of the facility they are hired into.
