- This position is part of the New Graduate RN Residency Program at Banner Health, which is designed to help new nurses transition into their roles.

- Participants will engage in various training activities, including clinical experiences, skills assessments, and e-learning modules.
- New graduates are expected to remain in their assigned unit for at least 12 months to gain comprehensive training.
- The role includes working in the Med/Surg-Hosp-Renal/Diabetic department at Banner Desert Medical Center.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations.
- Candidates should possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be able to obtain it before starting.
- Successful applicants will have no more than 12 months of RN experience.
- The candidate should be willing to commit to working three 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
