✨ About The Role
- This position is part of the New Graduate RN Residency Program, which provides comprehensive training and mentorship.
- New graduates will be placed in specific units at Banner Health facilities for clinical mentoring by experienced staff and educators.
- The program includes hands-on training in a state-of-the-art simulation center and patient care skills lab.
- Participants will engage in competency assessments and orientation to the Cerner electronic medical health record system.
- The expectation is to remain in the assigned unit for at least 12 months to gain a full training experience.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations.
- Candidates should possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be able to obtain it before their start date.
- Successful applicants will demonstrate a commitment to patient care and a desire to develop their nursing skills in a supportive environment.
- The role requires the ability to work three 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as part of a collaborative team.
