✨ About The Role
- This position is part of the New Graduate RN Residency Program, designed to help new nurses transition into fully competent professionals.
- The role involves working in specific units at Banner Health facilities, where new graduates will receive clinical mentorship from experienced staff and educators.
- New nurses will participate in a structured training program that includes hands-on experiences, competency assessments, and orientation to the Cerner electronic medical health record system.
- The expectation is to remain in the assigned unit for at least 12 months to gain comprehensive training and experience.
- The job requires working three 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, primarily on the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

- The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program, demonstrating a commitment to patient care and professional development.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, although an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations.
- Candidates should possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be able to obtain it before their start date.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred, indicating a foundational understanding of the healthcare environment.
