- A recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program is essential for this role.
- Candidates should ideally hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), although an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations.
- A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, demonstrating readiness for patient care.
- Successful candidates will thrive in a collaborative learning environment and be eager to refine their nursing skills.
- The ability to commit to a full-time night shift schedule is necessary, as the position requires working three 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
