✨ About The Role
- This position is part of the New Graduate RN Residency Program, which provides a structured transition from a new graduate to a fully competent nurse.
- The program includes clinical experiences with a preceptor, training in a state-of-the-art simulation center, and competency assessments.
- New graduates will work three 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, on the day shift from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
- The expectation is to remain in the assigned unit for at least 12 months to gain comprehensive training and experience.

- The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program, demonstrating a commitment to patient care and professional development.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, although an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations.
- Candidates should possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be able to obtain it before their start date.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred, indicating a foundational understanding of the healthcare environment.
- Successful candidates will be eager to learn and adapt, as they will be placed in specific units for clinical mentorship.
