- This position is part of the New Graduate RN Residency Program at Banner Health, designed to transition new graduates into competent professional nurses.
- The program includes clinical experiences with a preceptor and training in a state-of-the-art simulation center.
- New nurses will participate in competency and skills assessments, as well as orientation to the Cerner electronic medical health record system.
- The job involves working three 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as part of a team.

- The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations.
- Candidates should possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be able to obtain it before their start date.
- Successful individuals will be eager to learn and grow within a collaborative nursing environment.
- The role requires a commitment to stay in the assigned unit for at least 12 months to gain comprehensive training experience.
