- New graduates are expected to remain in their assigned unit for at least 12 months to gain comprehensive training and experience.

- A recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program is essential for this role.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), although an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations.
- A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, or the ability to obtain it before the start date.
- Successful applicants will have no more than 12 months of RN experience, making this position ideal for new graduates.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred, indicating a background in the medical field can be beneficial.
