- This position is part of the New Graduate RN Residency Program, which provides comprehensive training and support for new nurses.

- The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program, demonstrating a commitment to patient care and professional development.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, although an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations.
- Candidates should possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be able to obtain it before their start date.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred, indicating a foundational understanding of the healthcare environment.
- Successful applicants will be eager to learn and adapt, as they will be placed in specific units for clinical mentorship.
