- A recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program is essential for this role.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) as it is preferred, although an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations.
- Successful applicants will have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain it before starting.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred, indicating a background in patient care or related fields.
- The ideal candidate should be willing to commit to working three 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
