- This position is part of the New Graduate RN Residency Program, designed to help new nurses transition into competent professionals.

- New nurses will participate in clinical experiences, training in a state-of-the-art simulation center, and hands-on patient care skills labs.
- The program includes orientation to the Cerner electronic medical health record system and various e-learning modules.
- New graduates are expected to commit to their assigned unit for at least 12 months to gain comprehensive training.

- The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations.
- Candidates should possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be able to obtain it before starting.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred, indicating a familiarity with the medical environment.
- Successful candidates will be eager to learn and grow within a collaborative nursing team.
