✨ About The Role
- This position is part of the New Graduate RN Residency Program at Banner Health, designed to help new graduates transition into competent professional nurses.
- The program includes clinical experiences with a preceptor and training in a state-of-the-art simulation center.
- New graduates will receive competency and skills assessments, as well as orientation to the Cerner electronic medical health record system.
- The role requires working three 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates are expected to stay in their assigned unit for at least 12 months to gain comprehensive training.

- The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations.
- Candidates should possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be able to obtain it before starting.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Successful candidates will be eager to learn and grow within a collaborative nursing environment.
