- This position is part of the New Graduate RN Residency Program, which provides extensive training and mentorship to help new nurses transition into their roles.

- The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program, preferably with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Candidates should possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be able to obtain it before their start date.
- Successful applicants will have no more than 12 months of RN experience, making this position suitable for new graduates.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred, indicating a background in patient care or related fields.
- The candidate should be willing to commit to working three 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as part of the nursing team.
