- A recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program is essential for this role.
- Candidates should ideally hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), although an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations.
- A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, or the ability to obtain it before the start date.
- Successful applicants will have no more than 12 months of RN experience, making this position suitable for new graduates.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred, indicating a background in a related field can be beneficial.
