- The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations.
- Candidates should possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be able to obtain it before starting.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Successful candidates will be committed to staying in their assigned unit for at least 12 months to gain comprehensive training.
