- This position is part of the New Graduate RN Residency Program, which provides extensive training and mentorship.
- New graduates will work in a collaborative learning environment to refine their nursing skills and enhance their knowledge.
- The role involves working three 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Clinical experiences will be paired with a preceptor for hands-on training and support.
- The program includes training in a state-of-the-art simulation center and orientation to the Cerner electronic medical health record system.

- The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations.
- Candidates should possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be able to obtain it before their start date.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred, indicating a familiarity with the medical environment.
- Successful candidates will be committed to staying in their assigned unit for at least 12 months to gain comprehensive training.
