✨ About The Role
- This position is part of the New Graduate RN Residency Program, which provides extensive training and mentorship.
- New graduates will work in the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit, a fast-paced 30-bed unit.
- The role includes clinical experiences with a preceptor and training in a state-of-the-art simulation center.
- Nurses will participate in competency assessments, skills verification, and orientation to the Cerner electronic medical health record system.
- The job requires working three 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program, preferably with a BSN.
- They should possess a current BLS certification or be able to obtain it before their start date.
- Candidates with no more than 12 months of RN experience are preferred, and previous healthcare experience is a plus.
- Successful applicants will be eager to learn and grow within a collaborative nursing environment.
- They should be committed to staying in their assigned unit for at least 12 months to gain comprehensive training.
