- The position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in accordance with professional nursing standards. - Nurses will work in a nationally certified Primary Stroke Unit, providing care for patients suffering from strokes and related illnesses. - The role includes working 3x12-hour night shifts with weekend rotations, utilizing a self-scheduling tool. - The position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates with 12 months of RN experience, requiring a two-year commitment. - The Neuro Progressive Care Unit is a 74-bed unit that provides acute care for stroke, neuro, cardiac, medical, and post-surgical patients.
