The 4D PCU floor is a 38-bed monitored progressive care unit with a focus on Neuro patients, and some Cardiac patient populations. Banner Del E. Webb is a Joint Commission Certified Primary Stroke Center and has been awarded American Stroke Association's Get with the Guidelines Gold Plus Target Stroke Elite. We have a designated Stroke Clinical Program Manager who works hand-in-hand with our nursing team to provide educational opportunities to our staff and to improve outcomes for our patients. In addition, we specialize in care for post vascular surgical patients, including carotid endarterectomies, endoluminal graft repairs, and post TPA patients.
The Progressive Care Unit at Banner Del Webb is currently looking for experienced PCU nurses but at this time will also consider those that have Telemetry, Home Health, Acute Rehab, Skilled Nursing, Medical/Surgical or a similar acute or critical care background.
This is a part-time night shift position working two 12-hour shifts per week. You will have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an additional 18% night differential and flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.
