- The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
	- The position involves working three 12-hour shifts per week, primarily during night hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
	- The nurse will care for patients with a range of needs, including those transitioning from ICU to PCU and occasionally medical-surgical patients.
	- The role includes participation in discharge planning and addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
	- The position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus, with additional night and weekend shift differentials.

- The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing, particularly in telemetry, ICU, home health, skilled nursing, or medical/surgical settings.
	- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a passion for working with medically complex patients is essential.
