Banner Ironwood's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is designed to provide specialized care for adult patients with life-threatening medical and surgical conditions. The patient population includes the following: respiratory, heart, sepsis, renal, endocrine, infectious diseases, and gastro-intestinal clinical emergencies. We pride ourselves on having an integrated care model that engages the patient, loved-ones, and clinical care team members in a coordinated plan of care. Our work environment is designed to make health care easier for our team members and safer for our patients through design features that support visibility and team work. Our physicians and nurse practitioners are very engaged in the plan of care for our patients, which is achieved through in-person and virtual models (via telehealth). Our ICU rooms are equipped with in-room technology to directly connect with critical care physicians and/or nurses 24 hours a day. As a Critical Care RN, you will work 3 - 12 hour shifts for Nights, 7:00PM-7:30AM. You will also have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential.
