Banner Baywood Intensive Care Unit ICU is a two-time Silver Beacon Award Winning ICU, recognized by the AACN (American Association of Critical Care Nurses) as a measure of excellence signifying exceptional care through improved outcomes and overall satisfaction. We strive to create positive outcomes, improved staff satisfaction, and an excellent patient experience. We are a busy 26 bed Medical Intensive Care Unit with some of the highest APACHE scores in the Banner System. The patient population has the frequent diagnoses of; Sepsis, Respiratory Failure, Stroke, Trauma, and DKA.

As a critical care RN in the ICU, we currently have an opportunity for a full time day shift. You will also have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. The hours for this full time (36hr/week) night shift are 7pm-7:30am. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.
