Our structure is set up to provide Home Health Nurses multiple avenues for support that aren't available at other agencies – a field preceptor, an IT specialist, a dedicated scheduler, a nurse preceptor during orientation (available every day to help with documentation questions and challenges), an in office team of QI specialists, telehealth resources, clinical manager and in office triage support. This structure is designed to assist field clinicians in managing their caseload appropriately and not feeling "alone" in the field! We recognize that our nurse case managers are the key to a successful journey with home health. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will join the Banner Home Health Clinical Team providing exceptional, expert care in your community. You will enjoy an autonomous practice focusing on medical intervention within the patient's actual home environment. The Home Health space allows for the time to create one on one relationships with your patients and their caregivers and have some flexibility over your schedule that is not possible in the hospital setting. You will enjoy working in a sub-assigned geographic territory with a smaller travel distance than other valley agencies! You will enjoy an autonomous but supportive work environment. We offer mileage reimbursement and will provide you a company cell phone and a tablet for documentation in our electronic medical record system (Home Care Home Base).
