Banner Boswell Ortho MS PCU is a combined acute care specialty unit serving both Medical Surgical and Progressive Care patients as part of our Progress in Place initiative. Our 5A/5B is a 41 bed unit specializing in the care of post operative orthopedic patients including pre and post-op surgical care for a wide range of orthopedic cases ranging from total joint replacements to fractures. As a RN on our unit, you will assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of our patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. 5D is a 20 bed orthopedics and GI post-surgical Medical/Surgical unit, dedicated to the care of postoperative gastrointestinal surgeries. This inpatient unit specializes in the care of GI patients including pre and post-op surgical care for a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders as well as general medical/surgical overflow.

This is a full time day shift position working three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00am - 7:30pm. You will have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage, and enjoy an 18% night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.
