- This role involves working as a Float Pool RN, supporting the clinical needs of multiple units throughout the hospital.
- The position is part of Clinical Care Operations, which includes responsibilities such as bed assignment and unit staffing.
- The Float Pool RN will have the opportunity to work 3x12-hour shifts during the night, with weekend rotations.
- The job offers a night shift differential and a flat rate weekend shift differential when applicable.
- This is a full-time position, not a Registry or PRN role, ensuring scheduled hours for the employee.
