Banner Estrella is a Magnet level 4 Trauma Center and maintains NIHSS Stroke Gold Elite Plus, Chest Pain and Pediatric Preparedness accreditations. Banners Estrella's Emergency Department services the immediate community by providing emergency services to those in need as our ER is a 73 bed unit (2 psych beds) with a patient volume of 250+ patients a day.

Our Banner Estrella's ED team is highly focused on delivering state of the art Stroke, Cardiac, and Pediatric Care. Our multidisciplinary team consists of Nurse Managers, Registered Nurses, ED Technicians, Case Management, Social Work, Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Pharmacy who are all dedicated to providing the highest quality of care possible to our patients. This is a fast paced environment, the ideal RN candidates would not be afraid of change, a go getter and be a great communicator. In addition to ER RN's positions there is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a fast paced team oriented emergency department as a Night Shift Charge Nurse!

We are currently seeking Experienced RNs for FT Day Shift opportunities. Our nurses utilize a self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy a $3/hour weekend shift differential.
