Our Emergency Department at Banner Baywood Medical Center is a very busy 68 bed Level III Trauma Center. We are a Certified Center of Excellence for Stroke, Chest Pain, Fractured Hip, and Pediatrics. We care for both adult and pediatric patient populations. Our multidisciplinary team consists of Sr Nurse Manager, RN, ED Tech, Paramedics, Case Management, Social Work, Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Patient Access Services, and Pharmacy who are all dedicated to providing the highest quality of care possible to our patients. If you are looking to work with all patients and a wide range of patient acuity levels this is where you want to be.

We offer our Registered Nurses a unique opportunity to provide compassionate care to our patients. If you are an experienced ED RN or new to the ED setting, we provide an exciting opportunity to be trained with 6-12 weeks of specialized training to include our extensive ED Academy with additional PALS and TNCC training.
