As a Critical Float Pool RN, you will place a vital role in assessments and plans of your patients at Banner University Medical Center Tucson and South Tucson Campuses. Banner University Medical Center Tucson has been named Tucson's top hospital and the third best in Arizona by U.S. News & World Report. This position is part of Clinical Care Operations, which is the hub of patient management for the campus, including bed assignment, unit staffing, house supervision, emergency preparedness (code events and internal disasters), and patient transports.

As an RN on the Critical Care Float Pool, you will float to several areas that may include the various ICUs and the Emergency Depts at Banner University Medical Center Tucson and South Tucson Campuses. This is a great opportunity to expand on your nursing skills and experience! Opportunity to work 3x12 hour shifts, Days or Nights (7:00 - 7:30) with every third weekend rotation and holiday block schedule. Enjoy an 18% night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential. As an added bonus, Float Pool RN's also receive $3/hour float pay, in addition to their hourly rate!
