✨ About The Role
- Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards
- Accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered and ensuring coordinated patient care within a team-oriented environment
- Utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to assess data and provide care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients
- Works collaboratively with the healthcare team to formulate a comprehensive plan of care based on patient-specific needs and medical plans
- Participates in research activities, unit leadership, and education initiatives to promote excellent patient outcomes

- Experienced Registered Nurse with a background in cardiac care and procedures such as NSTEMI/STEMI, heart failure, arrhythmias, stents, pacemakers, and implantable defibrillators
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude, calm demeanor, and dedication to continual learning
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable with utilizing advanced technology and innovative healthcare solutions to provide superior patient care
- Previous experience in a leadership role or a desire to grow and mentor within a supportive team environment
