As a Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab RN you will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document plans of nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing development. The Cardiac Rehab Nurse assists and treats cardiac and pulmonary patients who are recovering from procedure. They guide patient down to a more heart healthy path in order to lower the risk of health problems in the future. This is a fun and rewarding role assisting patients on their road to recovery.

Schedule: 4, 10 hours shifts Monday through Friday (days will vary) 7a-430p. No call. No weekends. No Holidays.
