Banner Health's Bedside Registered Nurses (RN) can grow within the system through different programs and opportunities. The Academic Division of Banner Health has implemented a Clinical Ladder for RN's. The Clinical Ladder is an evidence-based recognition program designed to acknowledge nurses' efforts to grow their practice and contribute to the nursing profession. This is an opportunity to calibrate expertise and education into system-based levels of achievement. Compensation incentives are incorporated as you progress on the ladder and engage in professional development opportunities.
