- A successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of experience as a Behavioral Health RN.
- The role requires a compassionate individual who can provide total hands-on patient care, especially for geriatric patients with high acuity medical and behavioral health needs.
- Strong communication skills are essential, as many patients may be unable to express their needs.
- The ideal candidate will be adaptable and enjoy a variety of tasks within the behavioral health field.
