✨ About The Role
- This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients.
- The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to formulate and revise care plans based on patient needs.
- The nurse will be responsible for direct patient care and supervising the activities of the healthcare team.
- Documentation of patient assessments and care plans must be timely and in accordance with organizational policies.
- The position supports the Pre Admission Testing team and requires a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6:30 pm.

- The ideal candidate will possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Prior experience in PreOP PACU and/or Operating Room settings is preferred for this role.
- Strong communication skills are essential, as the position involves significant phone work and in-person patient interactions.
- The candidate should be able to perform initial physical assessments and obtain patient medical histories effectively.
- A commitment to providing excellent patient care and participating in continuous improvement initiatives is crucial.
