Banner Health Clinic Neurosurgeon Position

This position is in our high-volume Neuroscience Institute where 19 providers with 8 specialties provide the most advanced care for conditions impacting the brain. Our expert neurologists are improving care and research for many conditions including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis and brain injury. Our skilled neurosurgeons provide cutting edge therapies for complex conditions such as brain aneurysms, epilepsy, spinal disorders and many other conditions.

As a RN in this clinic, you will provide personalized coordination with the specific needs of the Neurosurgery service line, for a specific provider helping with triage calls, pre and post op calls, patient surgical education, and clinic prep. They will also assist the clinic support staff with navigating clinical data to support prior authorizations for surgeries.

The schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM, working with a strong team that supports the community need for Neurosurgeons. This role works closely with the clinic team to maintain strong relationships with our patients, who are guided with personal care throughout their experience. Whoever fills this role will have the opportunity to grow their existing skill set and learn new skills. Our Neurosurgeons lean to the RNs to be open about what our patients need, and work with them to develop the tools to support our patient care plans. Prefer surgical specialty experience.
