- Experienced ICU nurse with a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for patients according to organizational policies and professional nursing standards
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, healthcare team members, and external contacts effectively
- Detail-oriented individual who can prioritize patient care and respond to changes in health status promptly
- Holds a current, valid RN license in the state of practice and maintains clinical performance competencies
