- Assess patient needs and develop a comprehensive plan of care
- Implement the plan through direct patient care and coordination with the healthcare team
- Evaluate patient response to care and revise the plan as needed
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately and in a timely manner
- Contribute to the improvement of national nursing quality indicators and outcomes
                            

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced ICU nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for patients
- Skilled in providing specialized care for adult patients with life-threatening medical conditions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on surgical oncology
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
