✨ About The Role
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide patient-specific care based on assessment data and medical plans
- Supervise and delegate activities to other healthcare team members while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Evaluate patient progress, response to care, and revise care plans as needed
- Participate in research activities, unit leadership, and education initiatives to improve patient outcomes
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Registered Nurse with a minimum of 12 months of Behavioral Health RN experience
- Ability to work in a Level 1 Psychiatric facility and provide excellent patient care
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high nurse-to-patient ratio
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and patients
- Willingness to commit to a 2-year period for the sign-on incentive
