- This nursing position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with established standards and policies.
- The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and revise care plans based on patient needs and progress.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of Emergency Department experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in nursing practices.
- A strong advocate for patient care, the successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- The candidate should be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during night shifts and rotating weekends and holidays.
- Experience in a Level 4 Trauma Center or similar emergency care setting will be beneficial for this role.
- The individual should be committed to continuous learning and professional development, participating in shared leadership and mentoring opportunities.
