- This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in a behavioral health setting.
- The RN will work in a Level 1 Psychiatric facility, providing care in a safe and supportive environment.
- The role includes formulating and revising care plans based on patient assessments and collaboration with healthcare team members.
- The RN will be responsible for direct patient care and supervising the activities of other healthcare personnel.
- The position requires documentation of all nursing interventions and patient responses in accordance with organizational policies.
- The RN will have the opportunity to utilize a self-scheduling tool for shift coverage.
- Compensation includes a $10,000 sign-on incentive and additional differentials for weekend and night shifts.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of Behavioral Health RN experience.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent patient care in a psychiatric setting is essential.
- The candidate should possess the ability to assess and address the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
- Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans is crucial.
- The successful individual will be comfortable working night shifts and rotating weekends and holidays.
