- This nursing position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with professional nursing standards. - The role requires the formulation of care plans that consider the physical, cultural, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients. - Nurses will be responsible for direct patient care and the supervision of other healthcare team members. - Documentation of nursing care and patient responses must be timely and in accordance with organizational policies. - The position may involve participation in research activities and contributing to the improvement of nursing quality indicators. - Candidates will need to complete a post-offer Occupational Health physical assessment, drug screen, and background check.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice and have BLS certification. - Prior experience in RN PreOp/PACU is preferred, indicating a background in surgical or recovery nursing. - Candidates should have experience working in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months. - Strong assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills are essential for providing quality nursing care. - The ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate patient needs is crucial. - Candidates should be adaptable and able to work flexible schedules, as the position is Registry/Per Diem.
