- Candidates should have experience working in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
- Strong assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills are essential for providing quality nursing care.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate patient needs is crucial.
