- The position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the Outpatient Observation Unit.
	- Nurses will care for a diverse range of patients, including those with stroke, cardiac events, and post-operative needs.
	- The unit consists of 70 beds, all private rooms, providing a unique opportunity to work with both observation and inpatient care.
	- Nurses will collaborate with Advance Practice Providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
	- The role includes utilizing a self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage, promoting work-life balance.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of acute care RN experience to qualify for the sign-on bonus.
	- A strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
	- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
	- Experience in Med/Surg and Tele nursing will be beneficial for this role.
	- The successful applicant will be adaptable and able to manage multiple patient admissions, transfers, and discharges daily.
