- The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for patients in the Outpatient Observation Unit.
	- This role involves working with a diverse patient population, primarily admitted from the Emergency Department.
	- Nurses will have the opportunity to care for both observation and inpatient Med/Surg and Tele patients.
	- The position includes collaboration with Advance Practice Providers for direct patient care when necessary.
	- The unit offers a self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage, promoting work-life balance.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- A successful candidate will have a valid RN license and at least 12 months of acute care experience.
	- The ideal individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple patient admissions, transfers, and discharges daily.
	- Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and providing patient education.
	- Candidates should possess a broad knowledge of various medical diagnoses and care plans, including stroke and cardiac events.
